1.1 PAYMENT POLICY
We accept online orders through the pre-payment mode on the purchase made through our official website or in the Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment in Nepal. (Please be aware and informed that OKHATI Nepal is only responsible for all the deliveries or any payment issues, “if it is to arise” on the purchases made through our official website. We are not liable for any issues/frauds caused or created on our products manufactured and distributed by “OKHATI Nepal” if to be purchased from any other parties or sources.)
1.2 SHIPPING POLICY
- The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
- Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. We usually dispatch most orders within 1-5 business days.
- The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Days including Saturdays and Public Holidays are not calculated as working days. Product delivery may be delayed for reasons connected to problems with local service providers.
1.3 DELIVERY POLICY
- There might be delays in product dispatches or timely delivery performance of any of its obligations due to earthquake, viral diseases as COVID-29, flood, tempest, landslide, fog, cyclone, blockage of road or site due to landslide or similar In these instances, unfortunately, we would not be able to commit to dispatch or delivery timelines and request you to bear with us.
b. All products include the option of Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability, promotions, and deals. - Kindly refuse the shipment if the package is tampered or damaged.
d. For all claims regarding delivery issues, shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the order delivery. 3-5 working days are required to investigate and review your request.
We are not liable for any damages/loss/misplacement incurred post-delivery.
If necessary, we retain the right to stop shipping to any region of the nation at any moment.
1.4 CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
1.5 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- OKHATI Nepal products are consumable and related to personal care, wellbeing, and hygiene, thus the products cannot be returned.
- In case you received a wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe, saleable and undamaged in its original packaging. To ensure a smooth pick-up and return, save the original manufacturer’s packaging and invoice.
- Eligible conditions for full refund or exchange without incurring any additional charges if:
i. Package has accessories missing.
ii. Damaged or broken bottles/tubes.
iii. Delivery of the Wrong product.
iv. Delivery of Expired products.
- Returns will not be accepted if:
i. The item is damaged post-delivery.
ii. It is without invoice.
iii. The price and batch number have been manipulated.
iv. It is without its original packaging.
- Kindly refrain from using the product about which you have complained.
- Our exchange/returns policy does not cover damages brought on by carelessness, incorrect use, or inappropriate application. Product exchanges for allergic reactions are not accepted.
1.6 REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
b. Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post refund initiation for online refund to be initiated.
